3 <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 3166 BY Mr. Dawson <br /> AN E?4ERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of <br /> Public Works to advertise for bide for a tractor for the Park Department. <br /> r' WfTEREAS, due to the fact that materiel and labor cannot be obtained <br /> for the ropair of the park lawn mower, now out of service, and, <br /> WHEREAS, we have received information to the effect that it is now <br /> possible to buy a new tractor, and, <br /> € WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the <br /> public property and safety and to provide for the usual daily operation of <br /> a municipal department, to wits Park Department., now, therefore, <br /> t <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF Lf~KE"M1'OOD STATE OF <br /> a OHIOs ~ <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works be and he <br /> is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase of a tractor <br /> for use in the Park Department. <br /> 'Section 2.
