Dawson <br /> AN E6~RGENCX RESOLUTION authorizing the 1Sayor, as ltlrector oY <br /> Public Works to advertise Yor bids Tor replacing glass and Painting <br /> sludge bed stracturea at the Sewage Treatment Plant. <br /> Wf~REASs the condition of the structures at the Lakewood Sewage <br /> Treatment Plant is such that repairs must be made without delay, consisting <br /> of replacing glass and. painting, suds <br /> WHEREAS, provision Por this improvement was made in the adoption oP <br /> the Appropriation Ordinance for this year 191s1b ands. <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exLsts for the immnediate preservation oY the <br /> public health and safety and to provi8e for the usual daily operation oY a <br /> municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> SE IT RESOI3iED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CT?'Y OF L0.KE9lOOD, STATE CF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, be sad he <br /> is hereby authorized to advertise for bids Por repairing the .structures of <br /> the sludge beds at the Lakewood Sewage Treatment Plant by replacement oY <br /> glass and painting same, such advertisement to be: <br /> 1. For zeplacement oT all glass and doing all the ga:inting. <br /> 2. For replacement of all glass and painting the roofs only. <br /> g, For replacement of all glass only. <br /> <br /> - 4, For painting only. <br /> Section 2.
