(Maroney Property) <br /> RESOLUTIONI No. 3352 by Mr. Dawson <br /> A RESOLUTION declaring the necessity for and the intention to <br /> appropriate to public use. for hospital purposes as herein defined the <br /> certain property here inaftex~described. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE1"100D, STATE OF <br /> <br /> TT,, - - OHIOp <br /> - - . <br /> - Section 1. That an absolute estate in fee simple in the Sands <br /> _ described as follows: <br /> i <br /> Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, <br /> and State of Ohio, and known as being Sublot No. 236 <br /> ~ ~ in the Genck Realty Company's Lakewood Subdivision,. <br /> of a part of Section No. 22, Original Rockport Tormship,_ <br /> as shows by the pplat recorded in Polvme 35, Page 26,, <br /> rd`s Cuyahoga County Map Records and being a parcel o#' land <br /> ? - on the west side of Marlowe Avenue, Its feet wide and <br /> ~ extending west on the north line 116.90 feet and 11Q;58• <br /> _ feet on the south line and 45 feet in the rear, be the <br /> ' same more or less, but sub3ect to all legal highways. <br /> be, and the same i$ hereby appropriated to public use for hospital <br /> purposes including the erection of new fire-proof hospital buildings and <br /> the improvement of existing hospital buildings and for establishing <br /> esplanades, parkways, park grounds and public reservations in, around and <br /> leading to said hospital buildings so as to protect said hospital buildings <br /> and their environs and to preserve the view, appeas~ce, light, air, and <br /> usefulness. of public grounds occupied by said public hospital buildings and <br /> ' ~ the esplanades and parkways leading thereto. <br /> Section 2. That immediately upon the passage of this resolution, <br /> written notice thereof .shall be givan to the owners, persons in possession <br /> thereof and to gall those hasSing an interest of record in said .land, in <br /> accordance with the statutes of the State of Ohio and the Charter of the <br /> City of Lakewood. <br /> Section 3.
