RESOLUTION No. 3374 by Mr. Tyler <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorising the 1Gayor, as Director of Public Works, <br /> to advertise for bids for the sale of certain parcels of real estate, owned by the <br /> City of Lakewood, Ohio, located at the rear of lots Nos. 38 to 42 inclusive, on the <br /> easterly side of Thoreau Road, which real estate is no longer ,needed for municipal <br /> purposes, and repealing Resolution No. 3369, adopted by this Covncil July 6, 1948. <br /> WFIEREAS the owners of lots Nos. 38 to 42 on the easterly side of Thoreau Road <br /> have expressed a desire to purchase small parcels of land, ad3oining their respective <br /> properties, which land is presently owned by the City of Lakewood, and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the prospective purchasers of these parcels of land <br /> that action be taken without delay, and, - <br /> WHEREAS,'an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preser+ration of the <br /> public property, health and safety, and to provide for the usual daily operation of <br /> a municipal department, near THEREFORE <br /> r y BE TT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, <br /> Section 1.
