Quinn. <br /> AN .EMERGENCY RESOIdTTION requesting the Director of Finance to <br /> file a certificate of maturity i.n connection with the issuance of <br /> Fifteen Thousand Dollars($15,000.00) CITY PORTION SE~vraR II'rtPROAE~dENT FONDS. <br /> j <br /> 'PVHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing Fifteen Thousand Dollars <br /> (S$15,000.00) of bonds for the purpose of paying the cost and expense of <br /> improving various streets, by constructing, re-constructing or repairing sewer <br /> -mains therein, ands - - <br /> i <br /> WHEREll5, Section 2293-10 of the General Code requires the fiscal officer <br /> of the City to certify to this Council his estimate of the life of the property, <br /> ' ~ asset or improvements proposed to lie acquired or constructed from the proceeds <br /> of said bonds and also certify to this Council the maximum maturity of such <br /> bonds,.¢alculated in accordance with the provisions of Section 2293-9 of the <br /> General Code, including the weighted average of the amount proposed t¢ be expended <br /> ~ for this improvements ands <br /> s - <br /> WHEREAS an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the <br /> public health, property and safety aad for the operation of a municipal depart- <br /> ment, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Finance is the fiscal officer of this city <br /> T - as defined by Section 2293^1 of the General Code, now, therefore, <br /> HE IT RESOLVED HY THE COJNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA%E4900D, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> { <br /> ~ Section 1: That the Director of"Finance be and he is hereby requested <br /> to certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life of such <br /> improvement and the maximum maturity of such bonds, wich such other information <br /> as is required ey law. <br /> ~ Se~,tion 2.
