That the waiver of the removal requirements of $eetion 313 <br /> of the Lanham Act {public law $119, T6th Congress as amended) with respect to <br /> Pro,~ect No. 1I-33392-§ -Memorial park - located in the area over which the Council <br /> of the City of Lakewood has ~urisdictian~ ie hereby specifically approved in ae- <br /> 1 cordanoe tirith the Independent Offices Appropriation Acts 1950. <br /> Section 2.
