POLICE <br />~EPARTEENT One 19~7 Ford Four Door Sedan, one <br />~2urD6or.$eda~., o~e 19~8 Ford TW~Door Bsdan, one 1950 <br />~/~ ton Chevrolet Truck, used in the ~ignal Department and <br />one Indian motorcycle. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, certain equipment now in service in the <br />Police and Fire Departments is in urgent seed of replacemeat, <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, an emergency exists for the t=~ediate <br />preservation of the public property, health and safety and <br />to provide for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BIT HE COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF LAXE- <br />WOOD~ STATE OF OHIO~ <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public <br /> Safety, be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids <br /> for the sale of used motor equipment~ as specified in the <br />preamble hereof. <br /> <br /> seCtion2.
