RESOLUTION NO. 3487 BY Mr. Gottermeyer <br /> <br /> AN Ek~ERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public <br />Works, to advertise for bids for the purchase of a bulldozer with front end <br />loader and tractor, for use in the park Department° <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation <br />of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily <br />operation of a municipal department, to-wit: The Park Department, now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHI0: <br /> <br /> Section l~ That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, be and he is <br />hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase of a bulldozer with <br />front end loader and tractor, for use in the Park Department. <br /> <br /> Section 2~ That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force Lmmediately upon its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayore <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />May 21, 1951 <br /> <br />Wm.
