' RESOLUTION N0. 35G3 BY Mr. Vickery <br /> API E@'~RGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public <br /> Works, to advertise for bids for the purchase of from 300 to 400 tons of salt, <br /> during the period November 15, 1951 to March 31, 1952. <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation <br /> of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily <br /> operation of a municipal department, to wits Street Department, nova, therefore, <br /> BE ZT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section le That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, be and he is <br /> hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase of from 300 to 400 tons <br /> of salt, during the period November 15, 1951 to March 31, 1952. <br /> Section 2e That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br /> measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives <br /> tt the affirmative vote of two-.thirds of all members elected to Couttcil, it shall <br /> take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval b9 the <br /> t' <br /> Mayor. <br /> <br /> '''~a Adopted: petober 1, 1951 <br /> VPm.
