t <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 3504 HY Mr. Gottermeyer <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, to ad- <br /> vertise for bids for the purchase of street repair materials for the year 1952e <br /> BE IT RESOLVED SY THE COUNOIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Mayors as Director of Public Works, be and he is <br /> hereby authorized to advertise For bids for the purchase of street repair materials <br /> for the year 1952, as follows; <br /> Asphalt filler, sandstone flagging, cold patch misttQe, Kentucl~ rock asphalt, <br /> Medina and granite curbstone, paving brick, sand, slag, cement, crushed atone and <br /> other similar materials <br /> Such materials to be in accordance with the specifications sukmitted by the <br /> Director of Public 5!Torks, which are hereby approved. <br /> Section 2. Said materials shall be paid for from funds appropriated for <br /> such purpose, on vouchers approved by the Director of Public Works. <br /> Section 3.
