R tr RESOLUTION N0. 3505 BY Mr. Fahrenbach A RESOLUTION accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commis- sion and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor. FrHEREAS, this Council in accordance with the provisions of lax has. previously adopted a tax budget for the next succeeding fiscal pear, commencing January 1, 1952, and YVHEREAS, the Budget Commission of Cgyahoga County, State of Ohio, has certified its action thereon to this Council together with an estimate by the County Auditor of the rate of each tax necessary to be levied by this Council, and xhat part thereof is without, and xhat part within the 10 mill tax limitation; therefore, be it RESOLVED BY TAE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEtN00D, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO Section 1. That the amounts and rates, as determined b9 the Budget Commission in its certification, be and the same are hereby accepted. ,;iy~ Section 2.
