4 <br /> - p. <br /> if <br /> ll: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 3600 BY Mr. Gottermeyer <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving thanduauthorizing theyfil- <br /> Lakewood State of Ohio, for the year 1955, <br /> ing of tie same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> WFIEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual daily <br /> operation of a municipal department arising from now nthereforeof <br /> preparing and filing a budget for the year 195.5, ~ ~ <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br /> STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> ~ Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the Director <br /> of Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money <br /> needed and the necessary expenditures in the various departments of <br /> the municipality for the pear 1955, be and the same is hereby ap- <br /> proved and the clerk is hereby ordered and directed to file same <br /> with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County pursuant to the statutes of the <br /> State of Ohio. <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be <br /> an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble and, <br /> provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of <br /> all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br /> force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> Adopted: July 6. 1951+ Wm.
