That the Annual Budget submitted by the Director <br /> of Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount of money <br /> needed and the necessary expenditures in the various departments of <br /> the municipality for the pear 1955, be and the same is hereby ap- <br /> proved and the clerk is hereby ordered and directed to file same <br /> with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County pursuant to the statutes of the <br /> State of Ohio. <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be <br /> an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble and, <br /> provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of <br /> all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br /> force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> Adopted: July 6. 1951+ Wm.
