RESOLUTION NO. 3625 BY <br /> <br />Mr. Chockley <br />Mr. Fahrenbach <br />Mr. Fairgrieve <br />Mr. Gottermeyer <br />Mr. Quinn <br />Mr. Rozek <br />Mr. Ward <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Henry C. Fowler has resigned as Bailiff of Lakewood <br />Municipal Court after twentY-fot~r (24) years of faithful service, <br />and <br /> <br />d . WHERE~S, ~enry C. Fowler has exemplified a Spartan-like <br />evotlon to hms llfe work, having diligently, faithfully and con- <br />sistently performed all the tasks incident to his position and by <br />working long hours in the evenings to assure litigants and attor- <br />neys of prompt and efficient service. <br /> <br /> NOW. THEREFO.RE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the members of Lakewood <br />City Ceuncii are desmreus of expressing their esteem for such an <br />enviable civic achievement and at the same time giving public reeog- <br />nition to Henry O. Fowler for his outstanding record of twenty-four <br />{24) years of continuous service as Deputy Bailiff and Bailiff of the <br />Municipal Court of Lakewood and to assure him of the deep feeling <br />of appreciation that we bespeak in our name and in the name of all <br />the citizens of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the members of Lakewood City <br />Council wish Henry C. Fowler every success possible in the next <br />vocation or avocation that he may decide to mnde~take. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this Resolution be spread upon <br />the record of this meeting and that a copy thereof, duly authenti- <br />cated, be forwarded to Henry C.
