RESOLUTION NO. 3783 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Fairgrieve, Gaydos, <br /> Gottermeyer, Quinn, <br /> Ward, Chockley, <br /> Fahrenbach. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of <br />Public Works, to advertise for bids for the purchase of off-set print- <br />ing equipment, equivalent to Model 750 Addressograph-Multigraph Du- <br />plicator. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the large amount of printed forms used at City Hall <br />can be made up by City personnel, saving a substantial amount of money <br />that is now being expended for printing, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immediate pres- <br />ervation of the public property, health and safety and to provide for <br />the usual daily operation of all municipal departments, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF. THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, be <br />and is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase of <br />off-set printing equipment, equivalent to Model 750 Addresso-graph- <br />Multigraph Duplicator. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote o£ two-thirds of all mem- <br />bers elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immed- <br />iately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: April 1, 19~7 . <br /> <br />Approved: April 2, 19~7 <br /> <br />Thomas, C.
