RESOLUTION NO. 3786 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Gottermeyer, Quinn, <br /> Ward, Chockley, <br /> Fahrenbach, Gaydos. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, <br />to advertise for bids for furnishing the City of Lakewood with a hy- <br />draulically operated power digger and tractor, for use by the Division <br />of Water in repairing and improving water mains. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Division of Water is in immediate need of power <br />digging equipment to facilitate the repairing of breaks in water mains, <br />with the least possible delay in water service, and to make improvements <br />in our distribution system with the greatest economy of labor, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council has appropriated the sum ef four thousand six <br />hundred dollars for the purchase of such equipment, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayer, as Director of Public Works, be and <br />he is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids for furnish- <br />ing a dydraulically operated power digger and tractor, suitable for use <br />in repairing and improving water mains and service connections. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
