RESOLUTION NO. 3789 BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Gottermeyer, Quinn, <br />Chockley, Fahrenbach, <br />Fairgrieve, Gaydos, <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of <br />Public Safety, to advertise for bids for the purchase of 210,000 feet <br />of #lO solid copper weld plastic covered fire alarm wire. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, It is necessary to purchase this wire at as early a <br />date as possible, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, An emergency exists in order to provide for the im- <br />mediate preservation of the public property, health and safety and <br />the usual daily operation of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Safety, be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase of <br />210,000 feet of #lO solid copper weld plastic covered fire alarm wire. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />May 6, 1957 <br /> <br />May 7, 1957 <br /> <br />Thomas C.
