RESOLUTION NO. 3815 BY: Messrs. Gaydos, Gottermeyer, <br /> Ward, Chocktey, <br /> Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve~ <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Board of Trustees of Lakewood <br />Hospital to advertise for bids for the purchase of one refrigeration <br />compressor of approximately thirty tons capacity which shall operate <br />at a speed not exceeding 1~50 R.P.M., to be installed in the pent <br />house of the service wing of Lakewood Hospital. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF L~EWOOD, STATE <br />OF 0HI0: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital <br />be and it is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase <br />of one refrigeration compressor of approximately thirty tons capacity <br />which shall operate at a speed not exceeding 1~50 R.P.M., to be tn- <br />stalled in the pent house of the service wing of Lakewood Hospital. <br />Such refrigeration compressor to be in accordance with the specifi- <br />cations submitted by the Board of Trustees. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Such refrigeration compressor shall be paid for <br />from funds in the Hospital Capital Outlay and Depreciation Fund on <br />voucher approved by the Board of Trustees. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
