RESOLUTION NOo 3817 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Ward, Chockley, <br /> Fairgrieve, Gaydos, <br /> C~ttermeyer. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the Director of Finance to file a certif- <br />icate of maturity in connection with the issuance of $125,O00.00 of <br />Street Improvement B~nds - Cityts Share. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This Council contemplates issuing $125,000o00 of bends <br />for the purpose of constructing, resurfacing, grading or draining the <br />following streets: <br /> <br />Belle Avenue from Detroit Avenue to Franklin Boulevard <br />Hird Avenue from Detroit Avenue to Williamson Avenue <br />Victoria Avenue from Detroit Avenue to Hilliard Road <br />Alameda Avenue from Detroit Avenue to Madison Avenue <br />Blossom Park Avenue from Detroit Avenue to Cedarwood Avenue <br />Woodward Avenue from Detroit Avenue to Madison Avenue. <br />Lakewood Heights Blvdo from Alger Road to Riverside Drive <br />Clarence Avenue from Athens Avenue to Lakewood Heights Blvd. <br />Elbur Avenue from Detroit Avenue to Madison Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREA~, Sections 133.21 and 133.25 of the Revised Code require <br />the fiscal officer of the City to certify to this Council the estimated <br />life of the property, asset or improvement proposed to be acquired or <br />constructed from the proceeds of the said bonds and also to certify to <br />this Council the maximum maturity of such bonds calculated in accordance <br />with the provisions of Section 133,20 of the Revised Code, including <br />the weighted average of the amount proposed to be expended for this im- <br />provement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Director ~f Finance is the fiscal officer of this <br />City as defined in Section 133o01 of the Revised Code; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO~ <br /> <br /> Section 1o Thatthe Director of Finance be and he is hereby re- <br />quested to certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated <br />life of such improvement and the maximum maturity of such bonds, with <br />such other information as is required by law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
