RESOLUTION NO. 3818 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Fairgrieve, Gaydos, <br /> Gottermeyer, Ward, <br /> Chockley. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the Director of Finance to file a cer- <br />tificate of maturity in connection with the issmance of a note in an <br />amount not to exceed $66,000.00, representing the property owners' <br />share of the cost of constrmcting, resurfacing, grading or draining of <br />streets hereinafter named. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This Comncil contemplates issuing a note in an amount <br />not to exceed $66,000.00 for the pmrpose of constructing, resmrfacing, <br />grading or draining the following streets: <br /> <br />Belle Avenue from Detroit Avenue to Franklin Boulevard <br />Hird Avenue from Detroit Avenue to Williamson Avenue <br />Victoria Avenue from Detroit Avenue to Hilliard Road <br />Alameda Avenue from Detroit Avenue te Madison Avenue <br />Blossom Park Avenue from Detroit Avenue to Cedarwood Avenue <br />Woodward Avenue from Detroit Avenue to Madison Avenue <br />Elbur Avenue from Detroit Avenue to Madison Avenue, <br /> <br />such note to be paid for by assessments against the benefited properties; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sections 133.21 and 133.25 of the Revised Code require <br /> the fiscal officer of the City to certify to this Council the estimated <br /> life of the property, asset or improvement proposed to be acquired or <br /> constructed from the proceeds of the said note and bonds and also to <br /> certify to this Council the maximum maturity of such note calculated <br /> in accordance with the provisions of Section 133o20 of the Revised Code~ <br /> including the weighted average of the amount proposed to be expended <br />~for this improvement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Director of Finance is the fiscal officer of this <br />City as defined in Section 133.01 of the Revised Code; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section t. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby <br />requested to certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated <br />life of such improvement and the maximum maturity ef such note, with <br />such other information as is required by law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
