RESOLUTION NO. 3821 BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Chockley, Fairgrieve, <br />Gaydos, Oottermeyer, <br />Ward. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the M~yor, as Director of Public <br />Works, to advertise for bids for the purchase of coal for the <br />respective departments of the City, except the Hospital, for a <br />period of one year beginning November l, 1957. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, <br />be and he is hereby authorized'to advertise for bids for the <br />purchase of coal for the respective departments of the City ex- <br />cept the Hospital, for a period of one year beginning November 1, <br />1957, in accordance with specifications prepared by the Director <br />of Public Works. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force upon its passage and approval by the Mayor and at <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: August 16, 19~7 <br /> <br />Thomas C.
