RESOLUTION N0o 3832 BY: Messrs. Chockley, Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve, Gaydos, Gettermeyer, Lawther, Ward° A RESOLUTION accepting the.amounts and rates as determined by the ~ud~et Commission and amthorizlng the necessary tax levies and certlfymng them to the County Auditor. WHEREAS, This Council in accordance with the previsions of law has previously adopted a tax budget for the next succeeding fiscal year commencing Janmary.1, 1958; and WHEREAS, The Budget Commission of Cuyahoga Comnty, State of Ohio, has certified its action thereon to this Council together with an es- timate by the County Auditor of the rate ef each tax necessary to be levied by this COuncil, and what part.thereof is withomt, and what part is within, the 10 mill tax limitation, therefore be it OHIO: RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, Section 1. That the amomnts and rates, as determined by the Budget Commission in its certification, be and the same are hereby ac- cepted. Section 2.
