RESOLUTION NO. 3835 BY: Messrs. Fairgrieve, Gaydos, <br /> Gettermeyer, La~ther, <br /> Ward, Chockley, <br /> Fahrenbach. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf <br />of the City of Lakewood, to employ Squire, Sanders & Dempsey in a <br />supervisory capacity in connection with the issuance and sale of <br />municipal departments and administration building bends. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directed to employ Squire, Sanders & Dempsey in a supervisory <br />capacity in connection with the issuance and sale of municipal depart- <br />ments and administration building bonds. <br /> <br /> All compensation for such services shall be paid from the <br />proceeds received from the sale of such bonds, if such bonds are not <br />sold, from the General Fund - General Miscellaneous Appropriation. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor and at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted:.
