RESOLUTION NO. 3844 BY: Messrs. Gottermeyer, Lawther, Ward, Chockley, Fahrenbac~ Fairgrieve, Gaydos. A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, to advertise for bids for the purchase from the City of Lakewood of the real estate known generally as the police and court grounds, and here- inafter specifically described, which property is now owned by the City and is not needed for any municipal purpose. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public WOrks, be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase from the City of Lakewood of the certain parcel ofreal estate owned by the City of Lakewood and not needed for any municipal purpose, described as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, being part of Original Rockport Township Section No. 22 and further described as follows: Beginning in the westerly line of Warren Road; at a point distant So 88 degrees 36' 30" west 30.06 ftc from a point in the centerline of Warren Road which is N. 3 degrees 07' 50" east 155 ft. from the intersection of said center- line with the centerline of Hilliard Road. Thence from said place of beginning south 88 degrees 36' 30" west 185.10 ft. Thence south O degrees 54' 15" west 60 ft. Thence south 88 degrees 34' 00" west 72.08 ft. to the easterly line of Victoria Avenue 50 ft. wide. Thence north 0 degree~ 19~ West along the easterly line of Victoria Avenue 114.78 ft. to a point which is 58 ftc south along said easterly line from the southwesterly corner of property of the Lakewood Board of Education. Thence easterly 74.52 ft. to a point which is south O de- grees 54' 15" west 58.62 ft. from the south line of the Board of Education land. Thence north 0 degrees 54' 15" east 58.62 ft. to a point in the south line of said Board of Education property. Thence north 88 degrees 41' eas 192.41 ft. to the westerly line of Warren Road. Thence south 3 degrees 07' 50" west 112.70 ft. to the place of beginning and containing 29,700 square feet of land. Section 2e The advertisement shall state that any contract for the sale of said property shall be subject to the approval of Council; that the conveyance will be by the usual form of limited warranty deed used by the City, and shall be subject to taxes and assessments, both general and special, if any, all of which shall be pro-rated as of the date of filing the deed for record, and subject to restrictions, conditions, reservations of record and zoning ordi-
