Gottermeyer, Lawther, <br /> Ward, Chockley, Fahrenbac~ <br /> Fairgrieve, Gaydos. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, <br />to advertise for bids for the purchase from the City of Lakewood of the <br />real estate known generally as the police and court grounds, and here- <br />inafter specifically described, which property is now owned by the <br />City and is not needed for any municipal purpose. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public WOrks, be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase <br />from the City of Lakewood of the certain parcel ofreal estate owned <br />by the City of Lakewood and not needed for any municipal purpose, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State <br />of Ohio, being part of Original Rockport Township Section <br />No. 22 and further described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning in the westerly line of Warren Road; at a point <br />distant So 88 degrees 36' 30" west 30.06 ftc from a point <br />in the centerline of Warren Road which is N. 3 degrees <br />07' 50" east 155 ft. from the intersection of said center- <br />line with the centerline of Hilliard Road. <br /> <br />Thence from said place of beginning south 88 degrees 36' <br />30" west 185.10 ft. <br /> <br />Thence south O degrees 54' 15" west 60 ft. <br /> <br />Thence south 88 degrees 34' 00" west 72.08 ft. to the <br />easterly line of Victoria Avenue 50 ft. wide. <br /> <br />Thence north 0 degree~ 19~ West along the easterly line of <br />Victoria Avenue 114.78 ft. to a point which is 58 ftc south <br />along said easterly line from the southwesterly corner of <br />property of the Lakewood Board of Education. <br /> <br />Thence easterly 74.52 ft. to a point which is south O de- <br />grees 54' 15" west 58.62 ft. from the south line of the <br />Board of Education land. <br /> <br />Thence north 0 degrees 54' 15" east 58.62 ft. to a point in <br />the south line of said Board of Education property. <br /> <br />Thence north 88 degrees 41' eas 192.41 ft. to the westerly <br />line of Warren Road. <br /> <br />Thence south 3 degrees 07' 50" west 112.70 ft. to the place <br />of beginning and containing 29,700 square feet of land. <br /> <br /> Section 2e The advertisement shall state that any contract <br />for the sale of said property shall be subject to the approval of <br />Council; that the conveyance will be by the usual form of limited <br />warranty deed used by the City, and shall be subject to taxes and <br />assessments, both general and special, if any, all of which shall be <br />pro-rated as of the date of filing the deed for record, and subject <br />to restrictions, conditions, reservations of record and zoning ordi- <br /> <br /> <br />
