That the Fmyor, as Director of Public WorkS, <br />be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for %he pur- <br />Chase f~om the City of Imkewood of the certain ~rcel of real - <br />estate owned by the City of Lakewood and not needed for any munic <br />ipal purpose, described as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State <br />of Ohio, being part of Original Rockport Township Section <br />No. 22 and further described as follows~ <br /> <br />Beginnin~ in the westerly line of Warren Road at e point <br />distant ~6 feet northerly along westerly line from the <br />northerly line of land of the Lakewood Board of Education, <br />which point is also the 9ortheasterly corner of Sublot <br />No. 1 of the J. E.
