RESOLUTION NO. 3881 BY: Messrs. Fahrenbach, Fairgrieve, <br /> Gaydos, Lawther, Ward, <br /> Chockley. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public <br />Safety, to advertise for bids for the purchase of one 1958 four door <br />passenger automobile for the Fire Department and the sale of one <br />1950 Ford four door sedan now in service in such department. <br /> <br /> HE IT RESOLVED BY TNE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor,~as Director of Public SafetY, be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase <br />of one 1958 four door passenger automobile for the Fire Department <br />and the sale cf one 1950 Ford four door sedan now in service in such <br />department. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the amount paid for the used 1950 Ford <br />four door sedan sold by the City shall be deducted from the price <br />bid for the 1958 four-door passenger automobile. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor, and at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted:.
