That it is deemed necessary to construct a sewer ~n <br />Grace avenue between Detroit Avenue and Madison Avenue and performin~ all <br />necessary work incidental thereto. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the plans, specifications, estimates and pre- <br />files for the said construction, prepared by the Engineering Department cf <br />City of Lakewood, be and the same are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the entire cost and expense of the said con- <br />struction shall be paid from funds secured from the Sale of bonds for <br />Sewer Reconstruction. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor and at the earliest period <br />allewed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted:...
