RESOLUTION NO. 3895 BY: Messrs. Gottermeyer, Lawther, Ward, Chockley, Fatrgrieve, GaydOs. A RESOLUTION declaring the necessity for and the intention to ap- propriate to public use for the purpose of laying out, establishing, constructing, maintaining and operating off-street parking facilities for motor vehicles, the certain property hereinafter described. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That an absolute estate in fee simple in the land and real estate described as follows: Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, State of Oh~o! being part of Original Rockport Township, Section No. 22 ane Known as being all of Sublot No. 153 of the Lakewood Realty Company's Lakewood Park Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 27, Page 26, of Cuyahoga County Map Records. Said sublot has a frontage of ~O feet on the easterly side of Warren Road ~nd ~ depth of 130 feet, and known as being the Sanford and harriet Jones premises at 1377-79 Warren Rd, be and the same is hereby appropriated for public use for the purpose of laying out, establishing, constructing, maintaining and operating off-street parking facilities for motor vehicles. Section 2. That immediately upon the passage of this resolution, written notice thereof shall be given to the owner of, person in pos- session of, or to person having an interest of record in said land, in accordance with the statutes of the State of Ohio and the Charter of the City of Lakewood.
