Ward, Chockley, <br /> Fairgrieve, Gaydos, <br /> Gottermeyer, Lawther. <br /> A RESOLUTION declaring the necessity for and the intention to ap- <br />propriate to public use for the purpose of laying out, establishing, <br />constructing~ maintaining and operating off-street parking facilities <br />for motor vehicles, the certain property hereinafter described. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That an absolute estate in fee simple in the land <br />and real estate described as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of CuYahoga, State of <br />Ohio, being part of original Rockport Township, Section No, 22 <br />and being more fully described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning in the easterly line of Warren Road, 60 feet wide, at <br />the southwesterly corner of Sublot Nec 152 of the Lakewood Realty <br />Company,s Lakewood Park Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 27, <br />Page 26 of CUyahoga County Map Records. <br /> <br />Thence from said place of beginning, south along said easterly <br />line of Warren Road, 65 feet. <br /> <br />Thence east at right angles, 52 feet to a point° <br /> <br />Thence north at right angles, 65 feet to the south line of said <br />Sublot No. 152 recorded as aforesaid. <br /> <br />Thence west along said southerly line, 52 feet to the place of <br />beginning, and known as being the J. and Jo Property Management <br />premises, <br /> <br />be and the same is hereby appropriated for public use for the purpose <br />of laying out, establishing, constructing, maintaining and operating <br />off-street parking facilities for motor vehicles. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That immediately upon the passage of this resolution, <br />written notice thereof shall be given to the owner of, person in pos- <br />session of, or to person having an interest of record in said land, in <br />accordance with the statutes of the State of Ohio and the Charter of <br />the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 3° This resolution shall take effect and be in force im- <br />mediately upon its adoption. <br /> <br />Adopted: July 7, 19~8 <br /> <br />Approved:.
