BE XT RESOLVED BY ~ COUNCIL OF THE CXT! OF LA~¢OGD, STATE OF Section 1. That it is deamedand declare~neceesaryto improve Nird Ave. from Clifton Blvd. to La~e Ave. by reau~facing same ~ith asphaltic concrete and doing any and all grading, draining and curbing or othe~work necessary%he, ets. Section 2. That the plan~, specifications, estimates and profiles for said improvement heretofore prepared by the ~ngineer on file in the office of ~he 9eparf~ent of Public ~or2e~ be a~d the same are hereby oppr~ve~. $ection ~. That.the entl~e eos~ and ex~ense of aaAd impr~ve~eat less ~%o~ the cost) shall be levied and assessed by the foo~ frontage of the property bcundin~ and mbuttin~ upon the improve- ment which said lots and lands are hereby determined to he specially bem~fitted by said improvement, and the cos~ and expemse of the improvement shall include the expense of ~relimiaary and other surveys, printing amd publishing ~otiees, resolutions and ordinamcea required, the servi~ of not,eeo amd the cost of construction, together withthe interest on bonds that shall be issued in aa- tici~ation of the collection of deferrod pa)=ents of assessments and other necessary and incidental expense.
