RESOLUTION NO. 3903 <br /> <br />BY2 Messrs. Gottermeyer, Lawther, <br /> Ward, Chockley, <br /> Fahrenhach, Fairgrieve. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the Director of Finance to file acer, <br />tificate of maturity in connection with the issuance of a note in an <br />amount not to exceed $43,000.00, representing the property ownerst <br />share of the cost of constructing, resurfa~ing, grading or draining of <br />streets hereinafter named. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS,.This Council contemplates issuing a note in an amount <br />not to exceed $43,000.00 for the purpose of constructing, resurfacing, <br />grading or draining the following streets: <br /> <br />Arthur Avenue, from Detroit Avenue to Hilliard Road. <br />Chesterland Avenue, from Madison Avenue to Lewis Drive <br />Lauderdale Avenue, from Detroit Avenue to Madison Avenue <br />Waterbury Road, from Madison Avenue to Franklin Boulevard <br />Hird Avenue, from Williamson Avenue to Clifton Boulevard <br />Coutant Avenue, from Detroit Avenue to Madison Avenue <br />McKinley Avenue, from Hilliard Road to Delaware Avenue <br /> <br />such note to be paid for by assessments against the benefited properties; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS,.Sections 133.21 and 133.25 of the Revised Code require <br />the fiscal offmcer of the City to certify to this Council the estimated <br />life of the property, asset or improvement proposed to be acquired or <br />constructed from the proceeds of the said note and bonds and also to <br />certify to this Council the maximum maturity of such note calculated <br />in accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Oode, <br />including the weighted average of the amount proposed to he expended <br />for this improvement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The Director of Finance is the fiscal officer of this <br />City as defined in Section 133.O1 ef the Revised Code; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance he and he is hereby <br />requested to certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated <br />life of such improvement and the maximum maturity of suc~ note, with <br />such other information as is required by law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
