RESOLUTION NO. 390~ <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Law, her, Ward, <br /> Chockley, Fahrenbach, <br /> Fairgrieve, Gottermeyer. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, <br />to advertise for bids for the purchase of street repair materials for <br />the year 19591 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />0HIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase of <br />street repair materials for the year 1959, as follows: <br /> <br />Sandstone flagging, sandstone curbing, granite curbing, cold patch <br />material asphaltic hot mix, sand, slag, cement, crushed stone and <br />other similar materials. <br /> <br />Such materials to be in accordance with the specifications submitted <br />by the Director of Public Works, which are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Said materials shall be paid for from funds appro- <br />priated for such purpose, on vouchers approved by the Director of <br />Public Works, <br /> <br /> Section 3, That this resolution sha~L take effect and be in <br />force upon its passage and approval by the Mayor and at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted:.
