Copy <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3906 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Chocktey, FahrenbaCh, <br />Fairgrieve, Gottermeyer, <br />Lawther, Ward. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION expressing appreciation for the services of Frances <br /> L. Quinn on the Lakewood Board of Zoning Appeals. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, At an election held on November 5, 1957, ~he citizens <br /> of Lakewood adopted a charter amendment establishing a fmve m~mber <br /> Board of Zoning Appeals, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, It was most desirable to have a representative member- <br /> ship on suoh Board, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, It was considered most appropriate to have a womants <br />viewpoint on the many varied and important matters which will require <br />the attention of the Board, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mrs. Quinn's interest in municipal affairs gave her <br />a great wealth of experience and background which eminently qualified <br />her for membership on the Board of Zoning Appeals, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mrs. Quinn made a valuable contrihution to the future <br />of our community by making available her talents, knowledge and skill <br />during the formative days of said Board, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The press of personal matters compelled her to request <br />that she be relieved from further service on such Board, now, there- <br />fore, be it <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, That this Council express to Frances L. Quinn its <br />sincere appreciation for her valued"service to the City of Lakewood <br />and its citizens, and extend to her, on behalf of the City of Lakewood <br />and its citizens, best wishes for continued health and an abundance <br />of blessings, and he it further <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, That Mrs. Quinn continue her interest in the affai~rs <br />of our community and devote such time as circumstances will permit~, <br />and be it further <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, That the Clerk of Council be and he is hereby directed <br />to transmit a duly authenticated copy of this resolution to Frances L. <br />Quinn, 1527 Waterbury Road, Lakewood, Ohio. <br /> <br />Adopted:~ AuEu.st 1~, 195S <br /> <br />Approved:_AuEust. 15., 19~8 <br /> <br />Thomas C.
