RESOLUTION NO. 3922 BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Ghockley, Fahrenbach, <br />Fairgrieve, Gaydos, <br />C~ttermeyer, Lawther, <br />Ward. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION declaring it necessary and conducive to the public <br />health, safety and welfare to construct a sewer in Webb Road between <br />Detroit Avenue and Clifton Boulevard and performing all necessary <br />work incidental thereto. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the present sewer existing in Webb Road is of in- <br />sufficient capacity to perform the required service to the area <br />tributary to it, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, bonds have been sold to provide funds for the im- <br />provement of the sewer system, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF 0HIe: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That it is deemed necessary to construct a sewer <br />in Webb Road between Detroit Avenue and Clifton Boulevard and per- <br />forming all necessary work incidental thereto. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the plans, <br />profiles for the said construction, <br />Department of the City of Lakewood, <br />proved, <br /> <br />specifications, estimates and <br />prepared by the Engineering <br />be and the same are hereby <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the entire cost and expense of the said <br />construction shall be paid from funds secured from the sale of bonds <br />for Sewer Reconstruction. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
