Pennington, as a member of the Lakewood Planning Commis- <br />sion for the six year term, beginning January l, 1960. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the immedi- <br />ate preservation of the public health and safety and to providefor <br />the usual daily oDeration of a municipal department now, therefore~ <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF 0HIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Charles F. Psnnlngton, <br />as a member of the Lakewood Planning Commission, for the six year <br />term beginning January l, 1960, be and is hereby approved in ac- <br />cordance with the provisions of Article XVI, Section l, of the <br />Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared tobe <br />an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and, provided it receives the affirmative vote of tw~thirds of all <br />members elected to Council it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upo~ its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />.
