RESOLUTION NO. 3963 BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Ward, Williamson, <br />Chockley, Gaydos, <br />Gottermeyer, Huffman, <br />Lawther. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of Public <br />Works, to advertise~for bids for the purchase of water meters and <br />meter parts, for a period of one (1) year, beginning April l, 1960. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, as Director of Public Works, be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase of <br />water meters and meter parts, for a period of one (1) year, begin- <br />ning April l, 1960, in accordance with specifications on file in the <br />office of the Director of Public Works and which are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force upon its passage and approval by the Mayor and at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: January 4~ 1960 <br /> <br />F.
