SDellacy, as a member of the Board of Trustees <br />of Lakewood Hospital for the six year term beginning January <br />l, 1960. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD~ <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment o£ Honorable Margaret J. <br />Spellacy as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood <br />Hospital for the six year term beginning January l, 1960, is <br />hereby approved in accordance with Article XX, Section I of the <br />Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
