RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Williamson, Chockley, <br /> Gaydos, Gottermeyer, <br /> Huffman, ~Lawther, <br /> Ward. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGF~NCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, as Director of <br />Public Safety, to advertise for bids for the purchase of a sufficient <br />quantity of eight foot chain link fence with gate or gates to en- <br />close the incinerator property at 12920 Berea Road. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation <br />of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the <br />daily operation cf a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF 0HI0: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Thatl the Mayor as Director of Pmblic Safety be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the above <br />described fence and gatel or gates as specified in the preamble hereof. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Thatl this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for She reasons stated in the preamble hereof and <br />provided it receives thel affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: Nay 16, 1960. <br /> <br />F.
