Lawther, Ward, <br /> Williamson, Chockley, <br /> Gaydos, Gottermeyer, <br /> Huffman. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of Mr. Leonard Leick, <br />as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital, for the <br />unexpired term of Miss Margaret Spellacy, ending December 31, 1965. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEW00D, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Mr. Leonard Leick as a <br />member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood Hospital for the un- <br />expired term of Miss Margaret Spellacy, ending December 31, 1965, <br />is hereby approved in accordance with Article XX, Section i of the <br />Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor <br />and at the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: February 6, 1961 <br /> <br />F.
