Gaydos, Gottermeyer, <br /> RESOLUTION: 4072 BY: Huffman, Lawther, <br /> Wards Williamson~ <br /> Ch?okies. <br /> AN ~RGENC~ RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />purchase by contract of traffic paint for the Division of Streets, <br />Sewers and Sidewalks, Department of Public Works° <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director Of Public Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a written contract <br />or contracts with the lowest and best bidder for the necessary <br />items of traffic paint for the D~vision of Streets, Sewers and <br />Sidewalks, Department of Public Works, for the year 1961. <br /> <br /> Section 2o That this resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor, <br /> <br />Adopted: May 15~ 1961 <br /> F.
