RESOLUTION NO. 4076 BY: Messrs. Ward, Williamson, <br /> Chockley, Gaydos, <br /> Gottermeyer, Huffman, <br /> Lawther. <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the budget of the City <br />of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the year 1962, and authorizing <br />the filing of the same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual <br />daily operation of a municipal department arising from the <br />necessity of preparing and filing a budget for the year 1962, <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the <br />Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing the amount <br />of money needed and the necessary expenditures in the various <br />departments of the municipality for the year 1962, be and the <br />same is hereby approved and the Clerk is hereby ordered and <br />directed to file same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County pursu- <br />ant to the statutes of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br />and, provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />(2/3) of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediatelyupon its adoption and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: July 5. lg61 <br /> <br />F.
