RESOLUTION NO. 4090 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Williamson, Chockley~ <br /> Gaydos, Gottermeyer, <br /> Huffman, Lawther~ <br /> Ward. <br /> <br /> A EESOLUTION requesting the fiscal officer to furnish certificate <br />of maximum maturity. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, contemplates <br />issuing $40,000 of notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the <br />purpose of paying the cost of improving Kauffman Park by constructing a <br />parking lot therefor including paving, grading and draining: <br /> <br /> NOW~ ~EREFORE~ BE IT BESOLVED by the Council of the City of Lmke- <br />wood, State of Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the fiscal officer of this City is hereby requested <br />to certify his estimate of life of usefulness of the property and the maximum <br />maturity of bonds and notes calculated in accordance with the provisions of <br />Section 133.20 of the Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That it is contemplated that the proceeds of the bonds <br />will be expended as follows: <br /> <br />$40~000 - for improving Kauffman Park by constructing a parking <br /> lot therefor including paving, grading and draining. <br /> <br /> Section 3. This resolution shall be in force and take effect immed- <br />iately upon its adoption by Council. <br /> <br />Adopted:..
