RESOLUTION NO. 4103 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Lawther, Ward, <br /> Wiltiamson, Chockley, <br /> Gaydos~ Huffman. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a contract or contracts <br />for the purchase of the necessary requirements of valves and <br />pipe fittings for the year 1962 for use in the Division of Water. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the immediate preservation of the public property <br />and welfare and for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract or <br />contracts for the purchase of the necessary requirements of <br />valves and pipe fittings for the year 1962 for use in the <br />Division of Water, with the lowest and best bidder or bidders <br />after advertising according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
