Lawther, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendlir~, <br /> Williamson, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman. <br /> <br /> AN E~RGENC~F ~$OLUTION ~t. horizi~g and directing the <br />Director of Finance to expend an amount of $47.00 to defray the <br />c~sts of the attendanceof an employee in the Department of <br />Public Works, Division of Parks and Public Grounds, in a course <br />on boiler operation, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ The Cleveland Board of Education is offering a <br />group of Custodian Training School Courses, included among which <br />is a course in boiler operation, and, <br /> <br /> W!4EBEAS, It is determined advantageous to the City of <br />Lakewood to instruct an employee in the Division of Parks and <br />Public Grounds in boiler operation, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY Tim COUNCIL OF THE CI'i~/ OF LAKEWOOD~ STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby <br />authorized to expend an amount of $47.00 to defray the costs of <br />the attendance of an employee in the Department of Public Works, <br />Division of Parks and Public Grounds, in a Cleveland Board of <br />Education course on boiler operation. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of <br />all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately~pon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />February 5~ 1962 <br /> <br />Robert M.
