Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> RESOLUTION NO. ~151 BY: Lawther, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling, <br /> Williamson. <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing <br />the Director of Public Works to enter into a contract <br />for the cleaning and cement lining of water mains on <br />Coutant Avenue and~Avenue. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes a,n emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a <br />municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Sectionl. That the Director of Public Works <br />be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract <br />for the cleaning and cement lining of water mains on <br />Coutant Avenue and~Avenue in accordance with <br />the plans prepared-t~e~-~!ore in the office of the <br />Director of Public Works, with the lowest and best <br />bidder after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the <br />preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council,it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />March 5, 1962 <br /> <br />Robert M.
