RESOLUTION NO. 4168 BY: <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a contract for the re- <br />pair an~replacement Of brine pipes and appurtenances at <br />Winterhurst Municipal Ice Rink. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency meas- <br />ure providing for the Usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE 0P 0HIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and <br />he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the repair <br />and replacement of brine pipes and appurtenances at Winterhurst <br />Municipal Ice Rink, with the lowest and best bidder after ad- <br />vertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
