AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION appointing ~o memb~ers of the <br />Council as Trustees of the Police Relief & Pension Fund. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Pursuant to the Revised Code of the State of <br />Ohio, it is necessary for the Council to appoint two of its <br />members to serve as Trustees of the Police Relief and Pension <br />Fund commencing the second Monday in September for a period of <br />one year, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the immediate preservation of the public property <br />and for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I~KEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That twomembers of this Council, to wit: <br /> <br />be and they are hereby appointed as Trustees of the Police Relief <br />and Pension Fund For the term beginning September ll, 19.62, to <br />perform the duties required by law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
