Sullivan~ ~s ~ mSmber Of the Board of TrusteeS~Of Lakewood <br />Hospital for the six year term beginning January 1~ 1963. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCI~ OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF 0HIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Mr. Frank C. <br />Sullivan as a member of the Board of Trustees of Lakewood <br />Hospital, for the six year term beginning January 1, 196~, <br />is hereby approved in accordance with Article XX, Sectio~ I <br />of the Charter of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
