RESOLUTION NO. 4203 BY~ <br /> <br />Messrs. Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> Lawther, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendting. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of <br />Finance to expend the sum of one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars for <br />membership in the Regional Planning Commission for the year 1963. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the immediate preservation of the public <br />health, property, safety and welfare, and for the usual daily <br />operation of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO~ <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he <br />hereby is authorized and directed to expend the sum of $1,000.00 <br />for membership contribution of the City of Lakewood to the <br />RegiOnal Planning Commission for participation during the year <br />1963. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Said payment of $1,000.00 shall be paid <br />from Appropriation No. 0191140 -- Planning, other. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br />hereof, and, provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />February 4, 1~63 <br /> <br />February 6, 1963. <br /> <br />,,Rober~ M.
