RESOLUTION NO. 4204 <br /> <br />Messrs. Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> Lawther, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling, <br /> Williamson. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing <br />the Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement <br />contract for the purchase of the necessary items of fire <br />hydrants and fire hydrant parts for a period of one (1) <br />year commencing April 1; 1963. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resslution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual dai!y operation of a <br />municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> ~ection 1. That the Director of Public Works <br />be and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into <br />a requirement contract for the purchase of the necessary <br />items of fire hydrants and fire hydrant parts for a period <br />of one ~(1).year commencihg April 1, 1963~ with the lowest <br />and best bidder after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby <br />declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated <br />in the prean%ble hereof and provided it receives <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted:....February <br /> <br />Robert M.
