Huffman, Lawther, <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4205 BY: Usher~ Ward, <br /> Wendling, Williamson, <br /> Gayd0s. <br /> AN EMERGENCYRESOLUTI©N authorizing and directing <br />the Director of Public Wo~s to enter into a requirement contract <br />for the purchase of the necessary items of water meters and <br />water meter parts for a period of one (1) year commencing <br />April 1, 1963. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS; .This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be <br />and he is hereby authorized and directed tO enter into a re- <br />quirement contract for the purchase of the necessary items of <br />water meters and water meter parts for a period of one (1) year <br />commencing April 1, 1963, with the lowest and best bidder after <br />advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby <br />clared to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the <br />preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and <br />approval by the Mayor <br /> <br />Adopted: February 4, 1963 <br /> Robert M.
